| 1958 | Ezechiele Chiappa funded the company . "Armi Sport" was one of the few Italian companies that gave life to a brand new market sector in the late 50’s, that of replica firearms. Armi Sport’s facility was the basement of the Chiappa family house in Fornaci, a small village near Brescia. |
| 1987 | Rino Chiappa, son of Ezechiele, took charge of Armi Sport, bringing a new vision to the activity. Modern production techniques and a more effective marketing approach changed the look of the enterprise. |
| 1995 | A new plant in Capriano was bought to host the expanding activity. |
| 2002 | The production facility and office was moved to Azzano Mella, into a new plant 4 times the size of the previous one. |
PRODUCT RANGE: Fine replica firearms, mainly from the American Civil War period. Muzzle loading and breech loading rifles and pistols.
PRODUCTION ACTIVITY:
- Armi Sport's range is entirely produced in the facility in Northern Italy, up to the dies for the casting and the machining tools.
- Design, production process and logistics are integrated in a fully computerized system.
- Wooden and metal parts are hand finished according to traditional artisanal methods.
