How long will it take to receive my order if I ordered online or over the phone?
We make an effort to ship your order as fast as possible. Our standard processing time is 7-10 business days. Standard shipping times will vary based on location. If there is a problem/delay with your order we will contact you as soon as possible.
There is a problem with one of my accessories/parts, what should I do?

Is your facility in Dayton, OH open to the public?
For security measures our location is closed to the public.

We are closed on New Year’s Day, Easter Monday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve after 11am & Christmas Day.
Where do I purchase products?
All non-FFL items can be purchased through our website. All firearms can be purchased through FFL Dealers. Use the Dealer Locator found on our website to locate FFL Dealers near you. Any Dealer can order our products from one of the many distributors that buy our products.
Where can I find prices for your firearms?
The Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) is listed for each product on our website. If you are an FFL Dealer and wish to inquire about Dealer Pricing, please call Customer Service at 937-835-5000, Mon-Fri 9am-4pm (EST) or email: [email protected]
Can I purchase firearms directly from your facility?
No, we do not sell to the general public. However, if you are an FFL Dealer or Distributor and wish to buy our product, please call Customer Service at 937-835-5000, Mon-Fri 9am-4pm (EST) or email: [email protected] to connect with a sales representative.
Where can I purchase accessories and parts for your products?
Accessories and Parts can be purchased directly from our website and through Dealers. If you cannot find a part on our website this does not mean it cannot be purchased. Some parts on your website say FFL Required. How do I purchase them?
Parts such as frames and slides are not offered for sale. Some other parts are sold to FFL holders only. Parts that are listed as FFL Required can only be purchased from an FFL license holder per company policy. Most of these are parts that require a gunsmith to ensure proper fitment. Please use our Dealer Locator to find an FFL license holder near you to order the part.
Will the product I purchase look exactly as pictured on the website?
In keeping with our policy of constant refinement, we reserve the right to make product changes at any time without prior notice.
What ammo is best for my firearm?
We recommend using factory ammunition from a quality manufacturer. Using reloads or substandard ammo will void your factory warranty.
Will aftermarket parts and accessories fit your firearms?
While many aftermarket parts and accessories will fit our firearms, we cannot guarantee they will. Please contact the manufacturer of the aftermarket part or accessory to ensure proper fitment.
If I send my firearm in for repair, how long will it take?
Warranty repair turnaround time is 2 weeks but could take longer if we need to order parts and/or have other issues. Items sent for accuracy testing are 4-8 weeks. If the repair will take longer than estimated, you will be contacted. Shipping times will vary based on location.
